Kupiškis Cultural Center and its branches invite you to celebrate the most beautiful month of spring together. The May 2026 program is full of colors, emotions and deep experiences - from the magic of puppet theater to community celebrations under the open sky.

What awaits you in May?

• Theater magic for the whole family: May is declared the month of puppet theater! Performances and education from the puppet theaters of Kaunas, Klaipėda, Alytus and Vilnius await you.

• Music and dance: from street music days and choral music concerts to energetic dance performances.

• Creativity and cinema: creative workshops, film screenings and meetings with directors and creators.

• Traditions and community: Pentecost celebration, Mother's Day events, and Neighbors' Day gatherings.

• A wealth of exhibitions: as many as seven different exhibitions of photography, painting and creative works will delight visitors throughout the month.

Events will spread throughout the district: Kupiškis, Skapiškis, Subačiai, Noriūnai, Alizava and Kupiškis eldership. Everyone will find their moment - whether it be a sensitive performance or a noisy regional festival.
