The film shares memories with the first head of the independent Lithuanian Criminal Police, Alvydas Sadeckas, prosecutors Artūras Urbelis, Algimantas Kliunka, the then commander of "Aros" Viktoras Grabauskas, police officers Algirdas Matonis, Artūras Garla and others.
The restorative documentary film "Tulpiniai. Fatal Mistake" tells the story of one of the most brutal criminal groups in Lithuania - "Tulpiniai" and the efforts of law enforcement officers to stop its activities. "Tulpiniai"'s precise caution, bestial order, planning crimes according to the horoscope, dream book, mutual fear of gang members and the gang's incomprehensible cruelty allowed them to commit resonant crimes until they made a fatal mistake. The film is as engaging as a detective, showing the challenges law enforcement faced in trying to collect evidence, solve serious crimes and bring the guilty to justice. This is a story not about the glory of criminals, but about the triumph of justice.
