Psychologists say that the desire to play is one of the signs of good health. So we invite you to have a fun and active day, test your strength, feel the excitement of games and enjoy the company!
Bocce is a fun and simple target game suitable for people of all ages. The most important thing here is not strength, but accuracy, concentration and good mood!
Checkers and chess are not only engaging board games, but also a great opportunity to develop thinking, attention, and friendly competition.
We invite you to try out the games at the "Culture Dose" movement celebration!
TRAINING PROGRAM
9:30–11:30 a.m. | Part I
• Line dancing
• Bocce game
11:30–12:00 – coffee break
12:00–1:30 PM | Part II
• Checkers and chess tournament
• 1:20 p.m.–1:30 p.m. – reflection, filling out questionnaires
