A DOSE OF CULTURE AT THE HEALTH FAIR!
It's never too late to take care of yourself! And when useful knowledge, exercise, and good company come together in one place, the day becomes not only meaningful, but also fun!
On October 20th, we invite you to the "Culture Dose" project health fair at the Kupiškis Cultural Center. On our "market" there will be lots of useful advice, active activities, and good mood!
What awaits you?
• Lecture about healthy lifestyle, nutrition, chronic diseases and their prevention.
• Various sports events and fun relay races, adapted to the different abilities of participants.
• Practical activity on making healthy snacks.
• Cozy conversations, new acquaintances and fun time together.
The event is especially aimed at seniors, people with disabilities, and those who have fewer opportunities to participate in wellness activities.
