This route is a walk along picturesque country roads, hills and villages connecting two manors. The journey begins in Antašava, where you can visit the manor, church and rectory. The next stop is the gallery of artist Veronika Šleivytė. The road then leads through the forest and fields to Salamiestis, where the Church of St. Anthony of Padua has stood since 1690. You will also walk past the Salamiestis Manor. This is a great route for those seeking the harmony of natural beauty and cultural heritage.
Getting there and parking: When using navigation, it is recommended to park on the side of the road near the manor or in the asphalt parking lot near the church in Antašava.
Hiking: You will hike mostly on gravel and paved roads. Part of the route will take you along a forest path, which may be overgrown in summer. Long pants are recommended. Simple, comfortable footwear is suitable for the hike - hiking boots are not necessary.
