The Square of General Jonas Černius was established in 1998. Its main highlight is a sculptural granite composition with a bust of General Jonas Černius created by sculptor Vaclovas Krutinis. In the square, you can rest on benches and admire the flower beds. Information stands dedicated to the 90th anniversary of the establishment of the Kupiškis Barracks have been installed in the square.
